Soft sand and small patches of long grass make up most of the Windclan camp. Some windswept rocks make good sunning spots and the softness of the sand makes sleeping under the stars comfortable. The fresh kill pile is a well dug out pit near the center of camp. Often cats can be found here sharing tongues or gossiping.

A single tree rises twisted and wind swept in the center of camp. Though it looks old and gnarled it serves well as a meeting place for Windclanners. The branches serve as a good spot for the leader to keep watch over the clan as well.

Located in the center of the hollow a depression is well worn. Bits of moss and feathers mark the place where most often the Windclan leader sleeps. The real leaders den is located under the roots of the Talltree.

Ensconced beneath a cluster of large boulders is WindClan's warrior den. Soft, comfortable beds of grass are spread around for the taking here. Though most of these Clan cats prefer to sleep out under the clear night sky, when the weather gets rough they all come here for a good night's sleep.

Created by two overhanging branches of the many bushes surrounding camp is WindClan's apprentice den. Protected from the buffeting winds and stinging rain by the covering of leaves and branches, young cats find this a quite peaceful place to sleep. The floor is made from bare earth and is gentle on sore paws while the thick grass beds provide comfortable places for a nest.

Far better sheltered than the apprentice or warrior's den, WindClan elders sleep within a small cave created by close-growing bushes a little ways off and below the Calling Tree. Snaking tendrils of ivy cover the entrance and encircle the bushy den on all sides while random pockets of nettles allow for added protection from attacks. When one discovers the burrow leading to the clearing within these bushes, they find a warm hovel filled with moss, lichens and grasses that completely cover the bare earth floor. This is so the old ones do not have to struggle finding a comfortable position in a small nest and can instead stretch out as much as they want. Elders are regarded highly in WindClan so their happiness is one of the top priorities.

Beneath some scraggly bushes and small boulders is a little alcove used by the WindClan medicine cat as a den. A small hollow in one of the boulders serves to store seeds, herbs, poultices and the like while sick cats can lick the dew off the bush leaves for water. Thick and comfy grass beds are crammed into the tiny space and are only used for patients and the medicine cats themselves.
